About me
I received my Diploma and Licenciate in Homeopathy in 2005 from the Welsh School of Homœopathy.
I have been registered with the Society of Homeopaths since November 2005. All homeopaths registered with the Society of Homeopaths work according to the Core Criteria and National Occupational Standards as well as within the Code of Ethics defined by the Society of Homeopaths. (Please check the Society of Homeopaths website for details on these documents.) They also have full professional insurance and are committed to continuous professional development.
I am a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. This Directory has been produced by the NHS Trusts Association to facilitate the availability of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) to all patients. GPs, consultants, health visitors and practice nurses have free access to this directory where they can access my details.
I have been teaching first-aid, self-help and introductory courses in homeopathy since 2004. I also hold talks and workshops on homeopathy. Please contact me if your group is interested to find out more.
I practice from Carmarthen but I also arrange home visits for those patients who are unable to attend my clinic.
As a supervisor I am approved by the Society of Homeopaths and practise supervision in accordance with their Code of Ethics & Practice for Supervisors (Please check the Society of Homeopaths website for details).
I have been working as a supervisor for homeopathy students for several years and continually develop my role as supervisor by attending training courses etc. As a trained supervisor I see the principles of CPD and supervision as universal and equally applicable to any profession or person.
